The AQF does not provide assessments of qualifications obtained outside Australia. If you need to have your qualification recognised by an Australian authority for reasons of employment, immigration or further study, you will need to contact one of the entities listed in the table below. The AQF does not maintain expertise in comparing the equivalency of foreign qualifications with AQF awards, so please direct all enquiries to the relevant authorities. Most state/territory governments offer an overseas qualification assessment service for permanent residents only. Please note that there may be charges associated with having your overseas qualification assessed by these authorities. If your qualification needs to be translated into English, please search the online directory of accredited translators provided by the National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters (NAATI) at https://www.naati.com.au/mynaati/PDSearch/StartNewSearch to find a suitable translator. Please note that NAATI is not a translating service. For ALL immigration or visa-related enquiries about qualifications and/or ANZSCO Skill Levels, you must contact the Australian Government's Department of Home Affairs, as the AQF is not at liberty to provide advice in these matters. Department of Home Affairs: within Australia, call 131 881 or write using this webform: http://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/about/contact/make-enquiry/general If you find that any of these contact details requires updating, we welcome your feedback via aqfc@aqf.edu.au .
