The AQF includes Guidelines on Cross-Sector Qualification Linkages that enable students to move from one qualification to another in more efficient and effective learning pathways. These guidelines are also in the 4th edition of the AQF Implementation Handbook (p83-89).
The pathway from university to VET qualifications is becoming increasingly popular as a way of gaining industry experience needed to increase employment opportunities.
